Pets may check in any time of the day up to one hour prior to closing.
Check-Out Time
Please note that check-out after 12:00 noon will incur an additional day’s charge.
After-Hours
In case of emergency services required after business hours, please obtain owner approval. After approval be prepared to pay after hours fee.
Vaccine Requirements for Boarding
To safeguard the health of your pet, our staff, and fellow guests, we require all pets to have up-to-date vaccinations. Proof from your veterinarian must be provided either during check-in or prior to it.
Required Vaccinations for Dogs
- Rabies
- DHPL-P (Parvo combo)
- Bordetella (Canine Cough)
Required Vaccinations for Cats
- Rabies
- Distemper
- FVRCCP-FELV
Nuisance Pests
Upon arrival, each guest is checked for fleas and ticks. If any evidence is found, the pet must be treated (at the owner’s expense) with CAPSTAR® and/or a flea/tick bath. We highly recommend that all animals receive topical flea/tick treatment (e.g., Frontline, Advantage, Advantix) prior to their visit or entry into the Kennel.
Payment
Full payment is required upon checkout. We accept cash, checks (with a valid state driver’s license), Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards. Please note that we may request a deposit for long-term boarding.
Grooming Spa
Enhance your pet’s experience with a grooming or bathing session before they return home with you. Feel free to inquire about pricing and reserve an appointment.
Medical Care
In the event of a medical emergency during your pet’s stay, we will seek immediate medical treatment at the owner’s expense.
What to Bring for Boarding and Daycare
- Proof of your pet’s current vaccinations
- Emergency contact phone information
- Any special diet pet food, clearly labeled and pre-packaged in individual servings
- Please refrain from bringing beds and blankets as we provide bedding for each guest.

Aggressive Animals
We reserve the right to refuse access to our facilities to aggressive animals. Your pet’s safety and the safety of others are our top priorities.
